Thank you for shopping at zaffrani.pk. We deliver our premium brightening creams and cosmetic products to beauty lovers all across Pakistan. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Destination
  • Pakistan Only: We currently only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Rate: We charge a flat rate of PKR 149 for orders weighing up to 1 kg.
  • Heavier Parcels: For bulk orders exceeding 1 kg, an additional fee of PKR 100 per extra kilogram will be added to the total shipping cost.
3. Order Processing & Verification
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Order Verification: Since cosmetics require careful handling, our team will contact you via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your shipping address before dispatching. Unverified orders will not be shipped.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timelines
We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your skincare items arrive safely:
  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 3 working days after verification.
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days after verification.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
  • COD Available: We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier rider.
  • Advance Payment: Optional advance payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash if preferred.
6. Cosmetic Product Care & Damage Control
Cosmetics and brightening creams can be sensitive to rough handling and extreme weather.
  • Safe Packaging: We bubble-wrap and securely pack all jars and tubes to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
  • Damaged Parcels: If your cream arrives leaking or broken, please take a clear photo/video of the product and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
